This year, we are introducing a significant enhancement to our HEY Ambassadors Program by launching the HEY Country Network. This initiative allows us to welcome a minimum of four Ambassadors per country, forming the HEY Country Network within their respective nations. Country Ambassadors will serve as representatives of the HEY Campaign and collaborate with other members in their country network to implement projects at the intersection of climate change and human health, sustainable development goals (SDGs), ocean ecosystem, and conservation.

Their primary responsibilities will include amplifying the HEY Campaign's community voices and driving impact in their local and national communities to encourage action on climate change and health. HEY Ambassadors will undergo a six-week capacity-building program taking place every Saturday. The sessions will cover a range of topics, including The Impacts of Climate Change on Human Health, Understanding Public Problems and Innovative Solutions, Design Thinking and Campaign Design, Policy Advocacy and Stakeholder Management, and Project Management Foundation. Additionally, there will be a session on Proposal Writing for Grant Funding. These engaging sessions will be facilitated by world-class experts in the sector, and Ambassadors will be assigned tasks at the end of each session, shaping the projects they will spearhead across their country networks.
